I have been cross stitching for years. I am always looking for new and different patterns. Does any one know where to find some?

At last some cross stitching questions! I love to do counted cross stitching. I have done so much over the years that I hardly have any wall space left. I haven't had much luck finding free patterns on line to download.
My next project is a Christmas stocking for one of my granddaughters. I like Jeremiah Junction patterns because they don't require as many colors as say Paula Vaughn.
Happy stitching.

Check out http://www.artofstitching.com for more difficult patterns. The four free patterns change every month. These are based on famous paintings. I just finished a four page freebie pattern of "Mona Lisa." You should check this site out if you want a more difficult pattern.

Another place to check out is http://www.freewebs.com/ricksxstitch/... You will have to sign up for his free Yahoo! group but this is easily done. Some the free patterns that he has available range from beginner to expert.

The easy patterns are easy to find. Just type in "free cross stitch patterns" into the Yahoo searchbar and viola!

Try About Cross Stitch. They have free patterns, profiles of designers and links to mags and books.
