Open your Internet browser (probably Explorer). In Internet Explorer 7, go to Tools, choose Delete Browsing History, and choose to delete cookies. I'm not sure exactly on previous versions of Internet Explorer, but definitely look under the Tools menu.

from the main windows screen, click start, then search. click all files and folders. in the search bar, type owner@ and click search. After a few moments, every cookie on your computer will show up in a list. The benefit of doing it this way is that some cookies you want of don't mind and you can leave them on your computer. The drawback is you can only delete one cookie at a time and it can take awhile. There is probably a faster way, but i do it this way to find out what is on my computer.

Tools>Internet Options>
There will be a button that says "Delete Cookies..." Click on it then click ok when the confirmation box pops up. Hope this helps.

If you are using something other than Internet Explorer, clk Start / Settings / Control Panel / Internet Options. This is the same as the above answers.
