I'm naturally skinny but to keep fit I stay active. Jogging (or for better effects: running), dancing, and playing sports help.

Run & run alot. Even if you say you cant, you might start with one mile or half even a quarter of a mile. BUT you will be suprised how far you will get in a week, 2, 3, & a month. Your mileage will keep increasing & you will keep droping pounds. Just keep it up & dont quit. Running melts away fat, its great for your heart & lungs, but the best thing is anyone can do it, theres not much to it. All you need is good runing shoes & the will. & ofcourse eat healthy, minimize food sizes & add vegetables & fruits to your diet. Always remember if its raw you can it it. The best diet out there- you eat how much you want, whenever you want, as long as it is raw. Examples fruits & vegetables sushi, nuths, beans, fish, etc.

Work out, lift weights, walk, treadmill, work physically to keep trim. Try to eat a balanced diet. Allow yourself a treat once in awhile, good for the soul and the body!

i dance and go to the gym but i don`t know the foods....all i do is eat a slice of pizza and i never get fat only more energetic and ready to dance or sing at a club.

work out someway almost everyday...yoga, cardio, walk, run, lift weights, floor work, anything i can do to move and burn fat and try not to eat a lot of junk...keep calories below 1500 a day and pray a lot !

I'm a hip-hop dancer, so that's my workout, but I mostly hit-up the gym.
