Flaxseed oil. Also, mixed with cottage cheese is said to cure cancer. Check it out. http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/ search the site for the oil and cancer.

If you want to go low price forget the pills. Milled flax seed can be sprinkled on many things and I have not found it to leave any aftertaste. Hard to taste on a juicy hamburger with pickles, onions and tomato!

For pills under $20.00 check out a supplement combo with Omega 3, 6, and 9. Rexall makes one with Borage oil that is not real expensive. I'm sure there are many others at any health food store. Go shop!!!

I purchase mine at Walmart ~ Spring Valley Fish Oil (Omega 3 fatty acids). 250 soft gels per bottle. Can't remember exact cost, but less than $20.00. I only occasionally get a fishy aftertaste. If I take it with food that usually does the trick.

Try OMEGA III Fish Oil from www.thewallessmall.com. It's not low price but the quality is excellent. The fact is that most of Fish Oil Pills nowadays only contain a few percentage of fish oil, the rest are just water or some stupid stuff that your body will just reject them. Tip to test your Omega III, put them in a cup of water to see if they will float or sink. If they're real fish oil they should float. And to see how effective it is, you can cut the pill up and mix it in a foam cup of water, in a few minutes you should see the fish oil destruct the foam cup, because the foam cup are composed of a substance that is similar to cholesterol in your blood. I have tested the products from www.thewallessmall.com and it's got all these properties.

This isn't a pill but the best way to get your Omega 3 is by using Smart Balance products. Their peanut butter tastes better than any peanut butter I've ever had:

p.s. I don't work for them. I tried supplements but this is much easier since it comes in a food that you would probably eat anyway.
