The arc you speak of is only presumed and cannot be proven. There are many scientists who believe in the bible and will look for evidence on earth in every nook and cranny to try and prove the validity of the bible. You cannot prove that that was Noah's arc, and the burden of proof is on the archaeoligists.

Many theories about the nature of space are being proven mathematically and experimented on continually to substantiate these theories validity. I feel it is ignorance to say, "Well where did the gases come from then? Huh?" The fact is, we don't know. Just as we didn't understand the nature of space and the Big Bang theory, before it we developed the mathematics to theorize on it.

Before the theory of evolution for example most people believed we came from a creator, because there was no other explanation. Now there is. Before we even remotely understood how the earth revolves around the sun, it was once believed that the planet rested on the back of a giant turtle in ancient times. We know this to be absurd, but people had no other explanation. Just as you have no explanation as to where our matter came from.

There are those that also believe the Big Bang to be proof of some God, because it is stating that all matter came from virtually nothing, as it states in the Old Testament. God created something from nothing.

Just because the scientific community does not have all the answers YET, does not prove the existence of any creator. It is a callous presumption to posit the theory of God, when the reality of the answers have not been put to scientific scrutiny. It is jumping to a conclusion with no basis, because you WANT to believe in God.

We mock what we don't understand.

And it is theorized that all gases and matter stem from energy. One dimensional vibrating loops of energy known as superstrings. It would be nearly impossible to prove this fully with current technology. This may sound absurd to a religious zealot, but guaranteed it is not understood by someone who finds mathematics and physics to be confusing and Greek.

Study science before you judge it, as many scientists have studied religion before placing judgement on it. Educate yourself. Looking up all these theories that you've stated on the internet would be a good start.

Ok, then answer me this, why did my Grandfather die when he had cancer? He prayed as well as the whole family. Are you saying god picks and chooses who he wants to live and die? Is god playing favorites? This almighty god is watching this world go to hell but he isn't doing anything. With the war and poverty and the killings, ok so he supposedly "saved" this one person but what is he doing for the other 3 billion people on this earth? yeah, nothing. So you believe two people (Adam and eve) created the 3 billion people on this Earth? wow they were busy!

heres some proof about evolution--

1.Living things come only from living things. Spontaneous generation is not possible when living things are already in existence

2.Fossil remains show that living things in the remote past were very different from living things today.

Therefore-Life has changed through time (evolved).

As for Noahs flood, do you know how much water would of had to fall? Where did the water come from? The earth today has well over 1 million different organisms on it, how did he fit them all on to one boat? And if there weren't that many animals, then they would of had to evolve from then to now huh? Well I'll let you chew on that because you can't fight the facts!

Aethiest here. Little thing called "science." It proves almost everything that we know of. There's still so much we don't know about the universe, right down to the primordial (sp?) soup to where amino acids produced what life we know of today. As for your universal gas from the big bang theory, how do you know yourself that god has created the gas? Because he told you? Are you willing to follow your faith that blindly?

As for your church patron, the human body can do some pretty amazing things when the mind puts itself to it. When everybody prayed for her, she obviously felt a lot of love and support from her friends there. Which is great, I'm not bashing that what so ever. But since there's still so much we don't know about our own bodies, it can, theoretically, fight off the cancer by itself. It's not a "miracle". A miracle is when USA won gold in hockey back in 1980.

Noah's Ark? Great, they found it. What's next?

Oh, and I'll pray for you to get hooked on phonics and grammar because it took me a while to comprehend your last paragraph without any periods or commas. NEXT!!

if theres an answer for everythign then there wouldnt be any space for doubt, hence free will and individuality would have no purpose. You have been taught religion a certain way different from alot of people, thus your believes are very specific with not many options. People choose to believe in god or satan or ala or jesus etc. etc. Hence their believes will be different from yours. First try to listen to other peoples belives before you give them answers to yours. :)

This is a classic cause and effect.

Because they prayed and the cancer was gone after that, they obviously believed God had done it.

Although it is possible, assuming God is real. More likely, though, the woman herself believed it to be gone and her subconcious mind got rid of it.

Our minds have more healing powers than any prayer.

God doesnt curse man Satan is allowed to tempt and to try us ,,as in Job ,,,and generational curses deny the power of christ,, as they arent allowed on a spiritual christian,,, thats old testement and we are under the spirit ,,,not the laws also science cannot prove any theories but they are alowed to try we can just pray for them when we fight to make points we show weakness not strenght God doesnt need us to fight for him he's above all that

I doubt that you will take the time to read the information on the following website. However, it absolutely refutes the power of prayer and very logically disassembles all arguments that say there is a god.

One inportant question (one that no one seems to wonder about)-Okay, let's say God does exsist. Where did God come from?God has always been here-yes-but how did God suddenly appear millions and millions of years ago? How and why?

For all those Athiest, I am not dissing your "religion" thing or anything, but
Science is as unsteady as believing and God.
What can be 100% proven in Science?
Nothing, there are always contradictions in Science, just as there are in Christianity and Buddism, and all the other religions.
Your investing your faith in something you cant prove, your believing in Science.
So dont ******* say you dont have a religion, and dont ******* say that people who do have religions are stupid. (Or assume they are stupid)
