My girlfriend was saying that her male colleague talks of sex and sexuality in great details with her and some other female colleague of her. He even describes his own sex-life to them. He also advises to those girls on sexual positions and approaches. I feel a bit worried then again my girlfriend is very open minded and she said that he is a good guy. By the way he is not gay…

Um, YEAH.
He's either trying to get her into the sack, or he's trying to start up an emotional affair with her.
The only way this would remotely be okay is if he's gay.
