my family discuss some "thong" sighting, in the workplace, shopping mall, theme park, schools and university, that was not appropriate and i want to know how others view on it. please honest answer only, your comment counts. thank you..

It's "appropriate" whenever you feel like. People shouldn't tell you what kind of underwear you can or cannot wear! That would be ridiculous! It is stupid though, when people have them hanging out of their pants, showing them off. The purpose of thongs is to not have pantie lines or for lingerie, not to show off when you bend over.

If you are wearing pants that are low riders I would get a bikini bottom made for low rise pants and wearing a belt with pants will help from seeing the dreaded thong floss peeking out. Thongs are great for when you are wearing things that would show an undwear line which is just as tacky as the thong peeking!

They are appropriate anytime, as long as other people don't have to see it. There's nothing worse than glancing over and seeing someones thong hanging out of their pants. No one should know what you're wearing underneath!

If you've got the body for it, and in a place appropriate for wearing one, such as the beach. If you're wearing it under other clothes, then I don't see where it would really matter if you wore a thong or nothing at all, as far as underwear goes.

I personally do not like wearing thongs because I find them very uncomfortable but if you do want to wear one, I think it's appropriate anytime but wear it without showing it. That's why it's called underwear. Have fun.

I personally don't find thongs very comfortable. But i would say anytime is appropriate because people shouldn't be seeing it anyhow.

I think its your undewear and you should be ble to wear it where ever you go. But no one want to see it showing over the pants. Thats not cute thong or not. I hate girls with there thong showing, its like they trying to show everyone.

If you can " SIGHT " the thong, then it is inappropriate!
Underwear is called that because it goes UNDER the cloths. not slightly above, not showing through, not on women my age either...Man that would be ugly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
