I don't care.
If I can understand the question or answers, what's the problem? I had a year of French in high school. If this site was all French and I wanted to participate, I'd have a pretty rough time. But then, I'm sure some very gracious people would be kind enough to answer me. Did you know you didnt capitalize the first letter of the first word of your question?

This is a really good question, one that I have often pondered myself. Do you think it might be that some of those people do not speak english and therefore don't know what the appropriate spelling is for the word they have used? I am anxious to hear other answers to this age old mystery. Thanks for asking what I have been wondering since I first visited this site.

Because they think they are to good to us it and don't make mistakes. Also spell check gives you suggestions and some should be ignored and others choose wrong because they can't spell to begin with.

Me: because they don't care too much, as long as you get the jist of their question or answer.

2nd answer from husband: the US population is much more foreign than it was 10 yrs ago and English is degrading significantly. (sad fact).
