It was used like "You sess'd it out?" What does that mean??

I think you mean "sussed." As in, "you sussed it out." (figured it out)

Sussed means figured it out. If you are sussed out it means some has figured you out or found your motive.

It refers to being possessed...if you're sess'd out, obviously something else is controlling you and you aren't in your right mind.
