I told the doctor about it when I went back for my check up 2 weeks after my surgery and he told me the only thing I should worry about was my hernia coming back and if it didnt that I was good but now its a year later and it still hurts it also has alot of tangled veins there not on the testical but like on the cord that holds them up and I was wondering what this was? My secong question is could this affect my sperm because I notice when I ejaculate its clear instead of white and when I do see white stuff it builds around the head of my penis and doesent skeet out and I was wondering if this was normal or is it a problem?

this acutally could be the hernia coming back, with part of your testicular cord entrapped in the new "hernia sack"... so to speak.

Certainly if you see vessels newly exposed, it sounds like something is not right.

The ejaculate is secondary, you have another nut, and it can do the job. Most of the fluid is from the prostate/vas/seminal vesicles... and its quality changes from time to time.

But the nut is in jeopary, in my opinion. I wouldn't wait long to go back to the same surgeon... yes the same guy, if you have new visible vessels... he needs to know about this.

Sounds like something is twisted or maybe you had some other damage from the surgery. Go see another doctor.
