Many People are Growing Long Fingernails and Long Toenails,both Men and Women.I think it's sexy,erotic, and very fashionable these days.I also think Men should also be able to wear High Heels like women do.

Men should be free to wear whatever they please, but even most women will say heels can be most uncomfortable. And what about work dress codes, most if not all are even against their women in heels as injuries in the workplace are unacceptable.
Society is another stumbling point, as it is not a main stream idea it there fore is unfashionable for men to wear heels. But, whatever floats your boat, if an individual wants to be daring let him prance in his heels all he wants.
As for the long toenails, you must be misinformed. Most nail shops will automatically cut your toenails, so what are you thinking?

I have heard of men wearing high heels, but with long toenails....not that one. I would think that would hurt a little! I don't like the idea of long TOENAILS. I think that they should be short and well maintained. Thats just my opinion.

No that is a little too much.
I've been called as a 'mr.high maintenance' or 'fashion icon' myself, but I have never had a long fingernails, nor wearing high heel shoes.
Well maybe it's my preference anyway.

I don't let my toenails get to long,but i do keep them polished.As far as wearing high heels i wear them every chance i get.
