every time my boyfriend and I have sex, he "pulls out" which is alright. But he has clumps in his sperm. Does this mean that he can't have kids?

Where did you have the clumps diagnosed? If it is accurate, it is possible that he is infertile.
On the other hand, if you are assuming that something about the way the semen looks would cause infertility, you are just wrong. The semen has one purpose *only*--to transport the sperm into your body. Once it is there, it is done and it doesn't matter what it looks like or even if it drips out of you. It is only the *sperm* (and the environment of *your* body) that matters at that point. Sperm are microscopic. They are, in fact, the smallest cells in the human body (and almost *all* of them are microscopic!).

Don't know never seen or heard of clumpy sperm , but even tho he pulls out there is still Pre-*** if you want to try to get prego prop you a** up on a stack of pillows to were there is elevated gravity for the sperm to go where it needs to go to meet Miss's egg .

no but know that you can and will still get pregnat with him pulling out! Be careful if you do not want kids yet. Or use birth control

no i doesnt mean that he wont be able to have kids everything sounds just about right but if it still bothers you just go to the doctors and get some tests done

No it doesn't mean that. My husband has about the same thing and we have conceived. I would be careful using that for birth control.
