First of all, start off with a low heel to get used to the feel of them, and go up in higher inch increments as you get more comfortable. Don't start off wearing stilettos - start off with a chunkier heel, with a bigger surface area on the heel so you have more support. Move on to stilettos later on. As far as training yourself to walk in them, it's all about your MIND. You have to walk in heels as though you're walking in flip flops! The reason you can't walk in them is because you're still focussing on the fact that they're heels. Throw them on and act like you're walking in flip flops on the beach and you'll be fine.
Also, wear a Dr. Scholl's pad on the heel in case you actually DO feel some pain.

The only way to train to wear heels is to actually wear them. I love heels also. I love pointed toe heels best! What brand shoes are you buying? You really have to get a more pricey shoe...soft leather. The more expensive, the more comfortable. Try Nine West or Antonio Milano or Liz Clairborne. Soon, you won't want to take them off!

you just have to keep wearing them and your feet will get used to them...and get some of the gel shoe inserts that pad your feet and make them feel good..you can trim them to fit any shoe and they really work to make your feet feel better while wearing the heels...and get a well made shoe with not such a stiletto heel..

You have to wear heels as much as possible and keep them on
you have to get your feet use to those types of shoes
just bare with the pain.I know it seems retarded but trust me

lmaoo i always used to try and walk down the stairs with high heels on n i used to feel soo proud of myself if i never tripped up lmao. good training though lol :P

Keep them on while in the house and continuing with your regular routine. Also put on Beyonce's "Crazy In Love" for a little sexy theme music to help you feel it.

Wear them and it will get easier. Trust me I had to learn to dance in heals and the best way to get used to them is to just wear them.
