I have been throwin up for 10 days now. I cant keep anything down and have lost 8 pounds. There is no chance that I am pregnant. Any ideas of what could be wrong with me. Other symptoms I have are nausea,headache,backache,cramping,and neckache. Havent went to the doctor yet cause I am little scared.

It could be any number of things, but whatever it is, you need to go see a doctor as soon as you can. It could be the stomach flu, but it usually last for a day or two. It could be food poisoning, like E-coli or salmonella. Strep Throat which could cause the other symptoms and your throat not hurt. But I wouldn't see a doctor just because you are scared. I would go see a doctor because you are scared.
