Yoda is "wiser" in that he spouts existential nonsense. Mace Windu is wiser in that he knows what needs to be done and does it.
Yoda is more powerfull because everyone says he has so much power with the Force. Mace Windu is more powerfull because he actually does things.
So I'd say Mace Windu wins this one.

Who else survived after the clone wars besides him and Obi Wan? Mace was a powerful Jedi but Yoda held his own against the Sith. A good Jedi would have anticipated the arrival of Annikan and took evasive action.

Yoda - It is brave to fight, but wise to know a battle you can't win. He went into exile because he knew he couldn't win against the empire. He lived his natural life out, trained the jedi who would defeat the empire, therefre knowledge is power!
