Beautiful?? Hmm, To be honest as a pundit he's not the best, relies to much on watchwords like tactics, defensively, incisive etc, forgets all too often where he comes from and should have played for England based on his total love in with the Media down there. An Embarrasment.

Hes ok looking for a guy of that age i guess from a guy point of view.
notice that hes died his hair and eye brows dark black to cover the gray
gary linker on the other hand dies his all grey and so has fake tan on
look at the england bench they look like lobsters cause the been out in the sun all day then look at gary linker, he looks like a indain with all that fake tan on lol.
