He is the typical pilot personality. Self-centered, aloof, and always right. He is a great dad, but an awful husband. I have two great kids: 9 & 5. Any pilot wives who read this may also have insight.....

Yes, for his sake. Any one asking this question without giving any reason can not possibly be a good wife. And since he is a pilot, he can get someone much smarter than you.

By pilot husband do you mean that you were just trying him out on a trial basis or that he flies planes for a living? If you were just trying him out and he didn't meet your expectations by all means return him to the store. Now if he was more than a temporary husband and he flies planes for a living, I'd need to know more details. Why don't you just ask him?

Not unless he is abusive, or for some reason you are unable to live with him. He obviously earns good money, has intelligence, and comes home after work.......but, I don't know "the whole story " either.
