Cuba ... they are the only communist government in the western hemisphere ...

There are a couple other nations which have a socialist government, like Venezuela, but are not considered communist.

None of them...the USA overthrew the freely elected government of Slavador Allende back in 1972 because he was a Marxist.

There are some popular socialist governments: Venezuela, Brazil and Bolivia have them.

There is a communist government in Cuba, but the USA has been waging an illegal blockade against them for over 40 years.
