there are thousands of free software sites but beware most of them also contain "free virus infection" for your computer! Only download from trusted sites! TUDOGS.com is a great site as is TUCOWS.com the best site I have found is webattack.com. which now is known as snapfiles. They have a wide variety of security software and photo editor,audio editors, just about anything you could think of having you can find it on that site. just click on the "freeware" tab near the top of the page!

there are both free software downloads as well as pay downloads.
Also do a search on Yahoo or Google for the specific program you want.
Finally if you just want any software products do a search on google and yahoo for free software downloads
