As far as you getting paid for last week, you should. One thing that may stop you is if you commited a crime within this business. They could hold your money up until the procession or decision within the courts were over.

If you filled out paperwork (W2, tax forms, etc), then they are registered with the state labor board. They most certainly do have to pay you. If not, the labor board can sue them for you.
