Dream interpretation..acurate dream interpreation cannot be found in a book, list of meanings, or given to you by someone else. Dreams can be very powerful messangers. They can point out something you need to look at in the rpesent or the past, or make you aware of something to come. To understand what a dream is telling you, you must learn how to interpret it yourself.
Ask yourself questions and your mind will guide you. Start at the beginning...what did the hospital look like? where was it? did it remind you of a place you have been? what colour were the walls? The answer will be individual to you. Maybe it kind of resembled the school you went to as a child (then maybe the child is you..and you need to nurture part of yourself) Maybe it was kind of like a hospital you recently went to to visit a sick friend (then maybe the dream shows you how you are able to help this person) Maybe when you really think about it..it wasnt a hospital at the beginning ...it was your office and it turned into the hospital (because dreams can be weird like that and those links are important)...and then office/ hospital dream is maybe about the fact you are not following your career dreams. This dream may be related to your inner child, your children, your future children, the child of another, or an aspect of your life that needs attention....only by finding the 'links' or connections to your waking life can you figure it out
Even if you dont 'get' anything about the location...thats okay..maybe its not important..keep asking yourself questions like this....did the baby remind you of anyone...did the nurse remind you of anyone...that jar of milk? any triggers? Usualy the first thing that pops into your mind will be right..and it will help you find the meaning.
What stands out to me is that maybe something in your own life..or someone else needs nurturing. And that you are very capable...you know what to do... what ever it is...to follow your intution.. I dont know exactly..and neither will any other people on Q&A...but you inside know..so you need to unlock its meaning...ask ask ask...look for the links
PS spell check is not working right now so please..excuse the sloppy spelling..my thoughts run faster than my fingers

Personally, I can only interpret my own dreams, not someone else's. There are just sooo many little thoughts and feelings going on in a dream that I sincerely don't think anyone could convey them all properly to someone to where that person felt they were in the dream with you. That's not to say dreams aren't interpretable, I just think that kind of psychology / psychiatristy is more voodoo than science. But then again, just my opinion.

This could mean that you will find, or be given, something very special and delicate. You will need to seize the opportunity and not think twice, if you do by the time you change your mind it may be to late, and the delicate object may alreaby be lost or broken. Although often a baby is a symbol that you will be betrayed by someone whom is your most trusted.

Paradox is absolutly right. Follow your intuition. Self knowledge is the key. Ask questions to yourself about your thoughts and things will come together. We all have a purpose and so do your dreams.

Dream interpretation is irrelevant and meaningless ... just like dreams. As often as not, dreams are just your unfettered psyche - sans the structure of waking life - wading through worries, memories, etc.
