This is great if you like the Kelly Armstrong books.(ie.Bitten,Stolen, Dime Store Magic, Industrial Magic, Broken) She hosts a section on her site for the fans to post their work. Also, she puts her unreleased stuff there too, so it's great.
Those are all the main sites I would reccomend, there are a few that are more specific, but you haven't said whether or not your a big fan of any type in particular. If you had mentioned that, I could go as far as reccomending specific stories.

There are two places where you can find fanfics:
1) AdultFanFiction
2) FanFiction
I prefer the first one since you can find many awsome stories from originals to stories from many fandoms and categories; such as animes, tv shows, movies and lots more. AFF is the best place to be because it caters towards writers who are serious in their work (lousy writers tend to get harsh critics and so they think 3 or 4 times before posting their work without beta'ing them) and for readers like us who are equally serious in reading some damn good stories!
