Try using baby oil. It's cheap and won't harm your eyes.

I put soap & water on the end of a Q-tip and then just rub it on my eyeliner and it comes off. But be careful not to get it in your eyes. It's not too hard tho

Baby Oil works great. Just get a cotton ball and put a little baby oil on it and wipe off your makeup. It works and it is gentle and softens your skin.

use on of the little moist towelettes or a baby wipe..they are ready to use and don't hurt your eyes...baby oil is too greasy and gets into your eyes and blurs your vision tilll it washes out from your tears! or use non=waterproof make up and it will wash off with water alone.

Get a q-tip and put baby oil
on it and put it under your eye
it gets it right off
