Why not use a dictionary. I am sure you are intelligent enough to type: "define:nonsense" in google.
1.) Nonsense is an utterance or written text in what appears to be a human language or other symbolic system, that does not in fact carry any identifiable meaning.

Something that is nonsense may be ungrammatical. Or something that is nonsense may be grammatical but not applicable to anything real; a description that is in no way applicable to some real thing or situation or concept.
