I have to prove to the court that the emails were not sent..we have no controls set on his account to block email from his father.

By accident he might have gotten the email addy wrong, send him a email so he can see if it is correct. Ask him to reply to it so you and he both can make sure. Otherwise I can't see how the court would or could make you prove he sent them or your son recieved them. Computers mess up all the time.

Go on your sons email account and see if there is any mail from your ex.

also, make sure there is proof that he has the correct address - my husband's ex gave him an incorrect address so it made it look like he didn't care (to the kids) and as though they didn't care to answer (to him)..... apparently, some poor person was getting the incorrect ones and just not responding to say "it's not me!" it took almost 2 years to figure out the problem...

make sure that it is true first, i have sent friends emails and they never got them, also make sure spam isnt moving them , hot mail is what i have problems with sending emails to
