How can you measure and weight things that are a figment of people's imagination. One might imagine it one way another person may imagine it a different way.

uh......

let's see, you counting from the withers or from the head?
average height of a horse is probably around fourteen or fifteen hands [a hand is four inches, sorry, i don't feel like doing the math right now]. average person height, dunno, but i'm guessing somwheres around five foot three? so, with a centaur it would be half of that plus the height of the withers if you're counting from the head. i'm no mythological expert, but it was an intriguing question.

good luck to ya!

About as tall as a regular horse with a little naked boy sitting on it. I saw it.
