I'm almost 13 and I love to do that, too. www.dressupgames.com is a good place. I go there all of the time. New dolls are added almost daily and there are also some fun games. I hope she enjoys the site!

www.skybreezegames.com has dressup games and a makover game. On millsberry.com you can make your own person and earn money to buy clothes for them. There's two dressup games on www.missoandfriends.com.There is also some on www.disneychannel.com and evergirl.com. Have fun!!!
P.S. Try typing in dressup games at the top of the page and it brings up like a million games.
