I'm "out" with many of my friends and a few family members already know about my orientation, but there are a few who I just cant find the words for.

Well, if SOME people know, it will only be a matter of time before everyone knows! I'm not sure that you have to make a big deal out of it. You are not just your orientation, and for some folks, TMI may rule. Unless you are talking about your parents or best friends, just let it go. You don't have to make a big pronouncement at all. Would you make a big announcement about your eye color? Oddly enough, heteros don't make a big announcement of their orientation, why should you have to?

yes invite them all over for a intervention. Yell them to bring theyre favorite fettish equiptment, then tie them all up.
Then if that doesnt work play sherraids.
NO SILLY the only way to tell them is to just say it!
Friends and family should except you for who you are.
If they dont theres really nothing you can do but continue on with life.
Good Luck!

I think that the only people you should tell are you parent or should a say those are the only ones that you should worried about telling. You should start off by telling them they raised you right and then say you have had these feelings for a while now and then just tell them.
