I used to have a fear of heights as well and its a very very common fear...what i did was i started jumping off certain places and going on my roof at night and watching the stars i also went rock climbing.but on those man made ones not the real thing. I can asure you im over it now.........if only i can get over my fear of spiders lol

Face your fears. The only way to slay the beast is to fight it. Try finding ways to go real high, like standing atop a building, riding in an airplane or hot air balloon. And take someone with you.

Go to the fair or amusement park and climb a rock wall. A harness is holding you and it's not so far up. Just practice.

take an air balloon with you...(joking)..beleive in your self...you must be sure that accidents are so few...remember that many of your friends climb or go upstairs to very high floors...& you see them everyday...why only you who will fall...?

try to go 2nd floor and then look on ground repeat it fr week then second week go to 3rd floor and look at ground fr 15 miute and third week go to 4th floor and look on ground from floor fr 20 miute --repeat it fr fr 15 days---------------
