I am a guy and I am in an area where I don't know very many people. I could have friends that can come from 2 hours away, so it will have to be their while, and should I make it where I can have people under 21 there?

Dude, just go somewhere and get completely hammered. Whether or not you have people under 21 is irrelevent. Just go with a group of people and wherever you go, make sure the bartenders know that its your 21st birthday, you'll get so much free beer, you wont believe it. Since I actually turned 21 a year and half ago, I've had 4 more "21st" birthdays since then, you cant beat it!!

Buy your alcohol the day before your birthday because you just have to drink on your 21 st birthday. You should have a big party! If you are going to have people under 21 there then they can not drink! Get a stripper it always attracts people!

You actually turn 21 at midnight. So I was in Vegas for my 21st, and we waited in line for the club, and by the time we got in, it was just passed midnight, so it was technically sunday (my bday fell on a sunday too)!
Have a blast turning 21! You only live through that once!

it depends on who you want at your party? Some of your friends might have to bring their family members with them, so I say yes, make it for the ones under 21 also. Happy Birthday to you, wish you lots of fun and be safe. What are your interests, your likes, do your party around those things.

If you are going to celebrate it do it right. I say go have a few beers, some shots, and a few lap dances. if your town doesn't have a strip club search the internet and find one in another town rent a hotel and drive up make a weekend of it. Most strip clubs have someone who will call a cab for you to get to your hotel so just drink.. don't drive and have fun..

I'm not sure it's the best thing to do but i took some friends to a strip-club.
we had a great time but it all depends on what you and your friend are into, but i think most guys are into seeing naked women.
also if its only gonna be you and a friend you can do activites for just the age group that you two belong in.

HOUSE PARTY!!! if you don't want to have it on a Sunday then celebrate your birthday on a friday or saturday (at least that it what i do) But if y ou want to celebrate it on a sunday i say....house party
