Last night me and my friend where chilling and enjoying some beer's. Then about 2 hours into the night her new "Boyfriend" shows up. She knows I don't like him and normally she tells me if someone else is coming to hang out with us. This night she didn't and I think it was on purpose. She probly was expecting me to do what I all ways do and just leave when someone comes around I don't like. So anyway I didn't leave right away. She then stated over and over that she was starting to get tired. Then she was pretending to fall asleep. I called her on it and she "woke" right up and then smacked me for saying that.
[Note she was just laughing at the tv like 5 mins before she was "Falling asleep". So I know she was faking it. So then time passed and I didn't leave then she finally asked me to leave. (note of all the 9 years I have known her she has never asked me to leave her house). So then I got up said I guess im not welcome here and walked to the door and left. Was she rude?or is it me..

You over reacted a bit. I think she should have done what she did differently, but I dont think u should be upset with her though. She wanted her privacy but she didnt want it to seem as if u were not welcome there, so she was trying to tell u indirectly by pretending she was tired. Dont worry about it. Stuff like this happens.

hmmm... that seems extraordinarily rude to me, though I guess if you started to notice that she was "getting tired" then maybe you should have bailed, before things got out of hand.

She was being insensitive by not letting you know that her new beau was coming over (maybe she didn't actually know if he'd be coming, even if she did invite him?), but I guess if you two aren't being friendly, then the best (most proper) thing to do would have been to pack it up for the night.

Sorry to say, but it may come down to a choice between you and him, and .... it might be him. Your friendship could be over. : (

Yup. It's you. When two lovers want to be alone then why hang out and be a third wheel. Take the hint and get out. She won't be any less of a friend to you for it. However , if you continue to "cock-block" you will lose the friendship that you have.

I think she was being rude. If she wanted to be with her b/f she should have just told you. Sounds like you two have been friends long enough that you would have understood. She should have not made plans with you though and then wanted to hook up with him.

Are you jealous? It sounds like it. Maybe she wanted to be alone with him, considering it is her boyfriend. You may think that it is rude that she didn't tell you he was coming over, yet I wouldn't be rude and you to leave. Wouldn't that hurt your fellings? She just didn't go about it very smoothly.

i imagine it easily relies upon... i do not precisely have an "imaginary buddy" yet I do type of refer to myself in a way.... extra like me chatting with my wide wakeful at the same time as i'm making judgements or attempting to determine something out. in case you refer to this "imaginary buddy" out loud and in public i do not imagine it really is totally healthful, yet when it really is really only you type of putting the "imaginary buddy" label on u only wondering and chatting with urself... i do not imagine there is something incorrect with that.
