Lol, i just finished watching the dvd, lol...
The end is that they stay together and his 2 loser friends get girlfriends. His parents are happy again by themselves they show them singing " hit the road Jack" song after they just had sex.

The friends of the Matthew character conspire to get Matthew and Sarah Jessica back together. They lock them together in the basement of the house where the friend lives, and they put web cams all over so they can watch the action. So the Mom, Dad, and all the friends gather in a bar and watch as they work things out.

I never saw the movie but since it looks to be formulaic and predictable judging by the trailers I would say:
He finds out that she's been hired by his parents
Meanwhile she's actually fallen in love with him
He's angry at her and hurt
She's hurt because he's said mean things
They don't speak and vow to go their separate ways
They miss each other and long for one another tho' neither wants to admit it
The parents (or somebody) arranges to get them back together
They realize they can't live without one another
They live happily ever after
