The no alimony part might be but most states require you to support your children. Whether the two of you agree or not. You made the children together they are both of your responsibilities. So you will need to find a way to get along for the sake of the kids.

I live in Az and we both agreed to no child support also, When it came time to be in front of the judge he said " let it be known this is not in agreement with the court" but because we both agreed to no support he let the divorce go through like that but also said that either one of us could contest it at a latter date. I do think you will need lawyers for a divorce of this kind though. Good luck.

You need to first file for divorce, seek a family law lawyer and consult with him/her what paper work is needed to be filed. Write a letter stating what you would like to relinquish all rights and sign the letter along with your spouse's signature and get it notarized. But please seek legal help before you proceed any further.
That being said...How can you look yourself in the mirror every day and know that you walked out of your 2 kid's lives. Don't you want to know your kids, see them grow up, along with all the other perks of being a parent. Statistic shows that an average of 62% of children who grow up without a father tend to fall into gangs or get into trouble or maybe worse. Don't you want to give you kids a fighting chance in this world to be something other than a convict or someone who will treat their significant other as not worthy because they lack something that you could of given them. Please think very clearly of what you will actually y be giving up because the consequences will out weigh more than you actions

Your wife just has to tell the courts that you pay child support directly to her. If she ever needs help from welfare they will be looking for you though. I really hope that you remain devoted to your kids. You can get about any attorney to help you with basic filing for uncontested divorce proceedings, usually cheap. Good luck.

yeah right fool... i can see how you might want to ditch the hag, but turning your back on your babies makes you a b*tch. She will take half of everything you have for sure. I'm sticking with the mother of my babies no matter what, because no matter who you end up with, they will eventually get on your nerves. Might as well pick one.
