Well that bites. No Iron'y? Did they at least teach you how to smile an "aluminum"ating smile? How to "steel" the scene? Or did you just take a script and do "coal" reads all day?
Man, I would have dropped that class like a "lead" balloon.

Was it taught by Alanis Morsette? Because I would advise you to save your money. She wouldn't know an irony if it hit her in the face.
Irony is when you hit on a girl and when she finally returns your advances, she turns out to be another 46 year old man. Oh the irony!

I don't teach that in my Acting classes either. Irony does not really pertain to the art of acting.
Take an English class, or perhaps a playwrighting class.
