When can you truly feel babies movement in womb when having twins?

in other words--when is it the babies moving and not just like a stomach growl or something.

I felt my twins move at around 12 weeks. They were very active. At night it was a little uncomfortable, it felt like they were up in my ribs, I would jump out of bed, trying to get them to move down.

it all depends on rather this is your first pregnancy or not. If not, you will begin to feel movement by 12 weeks; if it is, about 16 weeks.
