It's a lonely world when I look at the first 3 words and know exactly what you are asking. In my much known experience - the answer is
a plug in massager - oops ;-) shower head. Now I'm giving away my secrets. (only females can have multiples and I wouldn't trade being a women for nothing. Believe me gals we can :-)

LOL..never had an electric toothbrush, so i would say the shower head :)

Never tried the electric toothbrush and men ain't up there so I'd have to say shower head! lol

My girlfriend says electric toothbrush, definitely.
She doesn't have to stay in the shower to use it. ;-)
