Okay first there's mascara. But when I was little my Mom wouldn't let me use mascara so what you do is put hairspray on you fingers then put it on your eyelashes then use the eyelash curler and it looks like you have mascara on and it will hold the lashes for hours. And I've heard that professionals will heat up the eyelash curler with a blow dryer because the heat holds the curl but don't get it too hot it will burn your eyelids. All these work. Good Luck!

Actually, it's not good to curl your eyelashes after you put on mascara, because the mascara stiffens them and the curler may cause them to break off. A better idea is to only curl them once, before you put on your mascara. But to make the most of your "one curl" heat your eyelash curler just a bit with a blowdryer. You may want to look for an eyelash curler that is advertised as blowdryer safe. It shouldn't be hard to find, because most beauty product manufacturers know that women do this for a longer lasting curl. It's kind of like a curling iron for your eyes.

Putting mascara on after you curl your eyelashes can help the curl stick. I'd also try the self-curling type of mascara.

turn your blow-dryer on low and placed the eyelash curler in front of it for 3 seconds or until it rather is heat. this might help to maintain your eyelashes curled longer. additionally, attempt using a curved mascara brush. it is going to help to twist your lashes.

well i do that too and it works for me. i heard that if you blow dry your eyelash curler then curl your eyelashes that'll work but it's hot (obviously) and i haven't tried that yet.
also, i know that some mascaras say that they curl your lashes too but i'm not sure how good they are.

Maybe you need to sqeeze the curler tighter and hold it on longer. It always works for me! If that doesn't work, it might just be your eyelashes.... some peoples' just don't curl! Good luck!
