well obviously you can wear makeup from the day your born!
and i know that girls in dance wear makeup a lot.
but i'm 14 and i think a good age is 13 for mascara, 14 for mascara and eyeliner (but not like a whole lotta) and then 15 for more shadow and blush and stuff like that.
foundation and concealer depends on the person and if they need to hide acne or big pores or something.

I was 11 when I started but... if your younger than 15 you should do it light. Like how I did. Not like a purple eyeshadow everywhere. But most people say 16 is a good age, but makeup shouldn't be such a long waiut.
Girls that are 11 get pimples too, and they should use something to cover it up. Or to add a shine to their lips... so I wouldn't say 16!

I started when I was 13, but I only used a little bit. It really depends on when your parents will let you. Ask your mom about it and you may be able to work something out!! Now I use a thin line of eyeliner, some eyeshadow, sometimes mascara, and lipgloss and I am 14. Last year I only wore eyeshadow and lipgloss!

It depends.
If I had a 10 year old that had horrible acne, I'd let her at least wear foundation and maybe a little blush.
If her skin was okay, though, I'd say anything younger than middle school is probably too young.

15 or 16 is young enough but if you have acne problems i think using makeup to cover them up is OK at like 14 or so
