Yes. I dead head all my flowers. The gerbera daisy that I have is a red "margarita" & requires scissors to dead head, won't pinch off easily by hand.

Every flower should be dead headed. If you want to thicken your daiseies, crush the seeds from the dead head and work them into the soil.

yes or no... its up to you...it will live regardless... if you want seeds...then no...if you want more flowers yes... all dead heading does is tick the plant off because it cant have babies...(basically)...so it tries again and again...

Yes. It will help produce more growth. All plants actually need to be deadheaded.
