I raise and sometimes sell dwarf hamsters, and I was wondering if it's possible to ship them via USPS or Fedex? I know UPS doesn't alow it, but USPS does deliver animals such as chickens and fish, even CROCODILES to places inside the U.S. If it is possible, how would I do it, and about how much would it cost???

Check with your local Postmaster, but it would appear not according to the following regulation:

9.3.6 Warm-Blooded Animals
Warm-blooded animals, except the specified birds under specific conditions in this section, are not mailable (e.g., hamsters, mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, squirrels, parakeets, and canaries).
