My aunt told me to let it dry and the next day i turned it on. I had tried to charge it before she told me that and i didn't open it up, i just took the battery out and let them both dry. anyways , when it came on the funtions were being dumb. what you could do is take a hair dryier and blow dry them both.
I had the same thing happen to me except i dropped mine completely into the water, its still usable. You might have to leave the phone and the batt out in the sun for a couple days to let the "insides" of the phone to be completely dry

Just let it dry for a few days. My fone was thrown into the pool as a joke, It wouldn't turn on for a couple of days. and when it finally turned on, the keypads were acting funny... I let it dry for a few more days and it works perfectly now.

Just removed the battery from the fone and let it dry. Good luck.

If nothing happens, just bring it to the srvice center.

Thats probibly happened once to everyone with a cell...

You can just let it dry...

Set it key pad down on a towel.....

Unless you feel you can take the phone apart....

Then you can mabey blow dry it...But I wouldnt recomend it...

Id also ask if you have insurance on the phone and if it covers water damage....

Just incase it wont work right ever agin...

Good luck.. :)

the way to let it dry is to take it apart and set it over a lamp, and the lamp will make the water evaporate
