Why is it so possible to love someone so much yet hate thier guts? Why is it such an issue to deal with this crap, when you are faced with it?

I don't think there is something wrong with you, if there is, the there is something wrong with me too. I have been loving this guy for more than 3 months now, he has soooo many problems about his past, he isn't in love with me, yet i still love him.
There is an issue because you are involved. If you are tired of the situation, just let go.

sounds like you need a real MAN! not another child. so what are you doing latter? joke! I have 3 girl Friends 2 days a week and they love it. they just can't get enough of me! so move on or eat crap sandwiches with him for as long as you can handle it. Wait a minute are you a hostage! if not ------ make up your own mind and stick to your conclusion. GET OUT NOW . or die trying latter. this is your life and you can live it any way you want, and you are hearing this from a 45 year old man. I was married once & NEVER AGAIN I will never strugle with other peoples bagage ever ever ever! You have to care about someone in order to hate them. It sounds crazy until you realize that hate is an emotion like love. When we love and the person we love doesn't react as we wish, we tend to think we feel hate, when in fact it is disappointment.
To not love nor hate means you have no feeling for that person whatsoever.
So, to face the issue, you need to spend some time alone to think it all out and figure why you think hate is an emotion you're willing to feel.
Look within yourself rather at the other person.
You may just surprise yourself.

There is a very fine line between love and hate. They are both very passionate, which is why it is easy to confuse the two. You probably dont really hate them, but may be very angry with them for something. The sad thing about true love is that it is unconditional. Sometimes, we still love someone even after thay have done something to hurt us terribly.

Who is this person? What has he or she done to you? There are good reasons to hate people who have done awful things, and awful things to you. Like if a parent molested you. Yet you might still love them because it is your parent. If this is the case, you must get counseling.
If someone else has made you hate them, is it because they are a bad or hurtful person? Are you in love with someone who doesn't deserve your love? In this case, you are in a bad and unhealthy relationship and you should leave it. Be sure you define whether you actually love someone for who they are or if you are obsessed with a person who you hate.

No, I don't think there is anything wrong with you. If you were a man, then I would. When guys start hating, they either leave or kill. Love is just a word.

No there's nothing wrong with you, it's just that if you love someone than it can make you CRAZY, but there's nothing wrong with loving someone you hate.

Love can be a one way street. you can try and convince them to love you but in the long run i have found out that it never works.
