Medium, because is sounds like she prob does have some meaqt on her bones like normal people should. And dont do thong. Get either G-string or Bikini. A hipster is boy-ish, and something she would buy herself to be comfy or whatever.

I would say with her body type, I'd go for a hipster, medium. But, it really just depends on what she likes. Maybe tell her you'd like to take her out shopping for her bday. I bet she would really like that.
