unfortunately this is a democratic government, so he can't, however, "should" he? most definetely :D but maybe cheney should use bush as a face shield while he's at it

No, I don't think that an unfortunate accident should require a payback. To think that it should is just foolishness. What kind of world would this be if everyone thought that way? The world would be in even worse shape than it already is. Besides, I'm sure he is sorry for what he did. He would have no reason not to be.
