Call the Insurance company and ask for a list of participating providers in your area. They will be glad to give you this info. and mom can choose another Dr. from this list. Also be sure to ask the Drs. office when setting up the first appt. if they still participate with the plan she has, because Drs.are known to be very independant and do decide not to participate any longer and the insurance companies only update their listings every 4 to 6 mths.

call your pharmacy they have list of doctors.
