Feeder blocks, weekend feeders, or auto feeders wil all end up fouling the water. Well conditioned adult fish can live for 2 weeks without food, fish in the wild live on the edge of starvation.
If you have juvies or fry, have someone come in to feed them. The best way to do this is to set up a pill pack, the kind with days of the week for human meds. Place each day's food in the compartment, and have your friend or whoever just give them that day's food.

they have specail seven day feeders that will feed your fishes (depending on how many you have) for seven days. if you have a friend who can come to your house and drop one in the tank every week then you should be fine. they work by enclosing fish food in this special hardened stuff that dissolves very slowly in water. as it dissolves it releases fish food at certain intervals, usually enough to keep even picky fish happy. i know someone who was gone for a month and just had someone come to their house once a week and drop a feeder in the tank. the fish were fine and as far as i know there were no casualties. i studied up on it because this july i will be gone for the weekend and i want to use the feeder on my fishes. many of the people on fish.com had experience with the feeders and had no regrets about using them. i plan to use them myself! if you have noone to drop a feeder in each week then i would recommend going to a pet store such as petsmart (i don't know what country you are in) and getting the biggest feeder they have. if the light in the tank is off and the heat is turned down the fishes can go several days without food. just be sure to clean the tank and maybe even change the filter bag when you get back. i'm sure your fishes will be fine.
enjoy your trip!

There are vacation feeders that usually last from 7-10 days. Other than that there are automatic feeders that you set up on the tank. Fill it with food and set a timer. It will feed them twice a day. Those are sold at most major pet stores.

Two weeks is too long to leave it without food. Find a friend or a neighbor kid who'd like to make a few bucks and have them come over to feed it/them. Show them how much you feed it daily so they don't overfeed or underfeed it. If you trust them, have them change the water once or twice, too.
