is it fire?

The answer depends upon what you mean by "eat" and "drink". The most popular answer is "fire", with a loose definition of eating to mean consumption in general, though obviously there are many things that fire does not consume: metals, rocks... anything that cannot be oxidied given a specific fire's temperature (or at all).

Other answers, with varying levels of rationality:

acid
Pacman
taxes
my fat aunt Gertrude and her fridge full of milk
