You won't conceive on progesterone...but as another poster said...it is used to help maintain a pregnancy. Progesterone is used after ovulation. You would have had to conceive before taking it.

Yes. Progesterone is often used to strengthen pregnancies. It is not known to have negative effects, but there are rumors about it causing damage.
Progesterone is commonly used in IVF, when the yellow body does not produce enough on its own.

I dont know but I use progersterone cream it worked with our 5 yr old daughtere so who knows.
