Why dont breast enlagements slip down the inside of the skin, as far as i know they are not attached in any way.

The actuall fat and milk sacks of the breast are held on the skin by the ligaments of cooper, and the implants are inserted into the middle of the milk sacs, so they are also supported by the ligaments. There is nothing behind them holding onto the pectoralis major. It is a sign of breast cancer if a woman raises her arms above her head and the breast does not slide along the pectoralis major smoothly.

First of all all the pills are pure scams and if you think that surgery is the only option to grow your bust, then you have mistaken. I was so close going with surgery and I would have regretted it. They are held in place by the surroundling flesh and tissue. (Like how shrapel from an explosion is held in place rather than just collecting in your feet like it would if you were hollow like a suit of armour.)
