I think one symptom of Aspergers syndrom is on the increase because people only seem to be interested in themselves and don't care about others. As for the focused mindset and genius levels that go with it I would say no.

No they just end up hurt and lonley, then can't pull so cant form relationships so dont have kids.
Would make sense evolution wise in that they are better with technology. But like most hings whats needed is a balance
